Position: Human Resource Data Specialist
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support comprehensive HR data mapping analysis between existing HR systems and the target system, working closely with the project team.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration processes.
- Lead data transformation efforts with HR teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational and project standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules, and migration processes in collaboration with the project team.
- Work with IT teams to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for efficiency and performance.
- Establish and implement quality assurance measures to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
- Provide support to HR teams on data transformation procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, HR software, or HR records and documentation management.
- In-depth understanding of HR data structures, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in data migration and participation in new HR system rollout projects is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse HR and IT stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from HR data.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices in HR data management.
