Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business database, market potential and identify business opportunity.
- Assist in conducting market research and strategizing unique business position.
- Assist in developing standout and creative marketing campaign.
- Manage service marketing materials and knowledge distribution.
- Assist in conducting training on business strategies and marketing materials to sales colleagues.
- Assist in managing service pricing.
- Provide support to field sales in improving conversion rate.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any Technical or Business disciplines or related field.
- 2-3 years of new business development experience across a variety of industries with good record on success.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and command in English.
- Excellent analytical skill through rationale, logical and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in database application, presentation and report writing.
- High level of self-driven, success oriented and resourcefulness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in working in process/product plant is a plus.
