Responsibilities
- Support and monitor customer trial lot running and qualification schedule
- Making engineering documentation and instruction document to production
- Maintain the integrity of engineering documentation and specification
- Align with related department to revise the technical documentation according to customer specification change
- Create or revise existing product specification
- Generate qualification &1st mass production report for trial product
- Support the internal or external customer audit & stock take activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly is preferred.
- Independent and self-driven individual.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
Shift Type / Work Hours
Normal Shift (5 days work week)
7.50am to 4.55pm
