Job scope:
- Manage the Visitor Management System & Telephone system.
- Manage visitors and employee enquiries
- Support issue of employee badge holder, lanyard, and medical pink form
- Support booking of meeting rooms
- Support on purchase orders & courier services.
- Organize business events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in reception, customer service or business operations.
- Customer oriented with a professional attitude.
