- Responsible for all project activities, including cost management, project schedule and engineering design
- Oversee detailed design and construction of projects
- Setting up project related cost control structure for monitoring, steering & reporting purposes via SAP
- Prepare monthly project updates / reports
- Ensure proper integration of P&IDs designs during execution, testing and commissioning phases
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents (technical and commercial aspects)
- Manage design processes including consultant appointments and performance
- Compliance with all HSSEQ rules and regulations
- Liaise with respective government authorities and obtain all necessary approvals
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate tender submissions
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in EPC projects (Preferably in the oil & gas industry/ Terminal Storage / EPC environment)
- Willing to work in jurong island
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, SAP and AutoCAD
- Design and build experience will be an added advantage
- Training given to candidate with no experience
