Job Description
· Handle Daily Purchasing operation including sourcing, quotation inquiry, negotiating pricing and expediting delivery schedule
· Receive Purchase Requisition form from various departments and place order
· Prepare and issuance of Purchase order
· Track and trace Purchase order and delivery schedules and communicate the status updates to the relevant departments and storemans
· Assist to establish and implement new inventory system
· Monitor stock movement to ensure minimum inventory holdings using inventory system
· Identify and evaluate new vendors on pricing, quality and level of service on a regular basis
· Participate in full stock take
· Able to maintain good relationship with current existing and new suppliers
· Arrangement of drivers to collect deliveries ordered
· Check and approve suppliers' invoices against Purchase Orders and delivery orders
· Assist in answering calls and doing proper documentation of documents.
· Other Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
· Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker and Takes initiative in work.
· Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
· Candidate must possess at least a diploma, advance/higher/graduate diploma in Business studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
· Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.
· Only Singaporean/ Singaporean PR/Malaysians are welcomed to apply.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
