Job Scope:
- Servers provisioning and administration;
- Certificates and CA administration;
- Servers and Services monitoring;
- Server maintenance;
- Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration;
- Storage space provision and administration;
- Backup and recovery administration;
- Server security administration;
- Capacity planning and management,
- Servers and Services performance and fault management;
- Problem identification and resolution;
- Report requirements;
- Inventory and Asset Management for Server and Storage equipment.
The candidate is expected to perform with proficiently the server and service administration and management for the following server or virtual machine instances as follows:
- Microsoft Domain Controllers and AD services;
- Remote Access Services (RAS) configured on Windows, Unix or Linux OS;
- DNS;
- Corppass account;
- CyberArk software;
- End-point security policy support;
- System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Services and Operations Management Suite (OMS);
- Provision of Storage space for new servers and archival requirements;
- Web Server - shall manage the Web servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS);
- Application Server - shall manage the Application servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS);
- Database Server shall manage the Database servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS);
