Job Description:
1. Facilitate all ServiceNow ITSM, GRC-IRM, and SecOps-VR workshops and assist ServiceNow
process business analysts with all workshops.
2. Facilitate, guide, coordinate and set up in all required environments (e.g., DEV, SIT, etc) as per following:
- ServiceNow Platform Core Setup.
- CMDB.
- ITSM.
- Development environment migration.
- Migration success.
- Development work including provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow App Instance, provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow Par export Instances, provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow MID server component Instances, provisioning and configuration of ServiceNow Databases including Oracle, MariaDB, AWS RDS, etc, and integration between ServiceNow and other APIs, integration points or applications.
3. Facilitate all ServiceNow testing.
4. Responsible for all ServiceNow architectural decisions and changes.
5. Involved in all discussions and responsibilities relating to ServiceNow.
Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of ServiceNow development experience and over 3 years of Solution Architect Role.
- Configuration experience in ServiceNow IT Workflows, Employee Workflows, Customer
- Workflows and Creator Workflows in projects over multiple towers.
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS – ITSM and 1 certification each from ITOM and IRM.
Preferred Skillsets
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in out of box (OOB) customization for ServiceNow ITSM modules, surveys, forms, etc.
- Experience in self-hosted environment ServiceNow implementation in Cloud (AWS).
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments that have implemented areas such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC integrations etc.
- Excellent Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
- Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in the development and release management relative to the ServiceNow platform to drive quality, value and best practice.
- Strong ITIL processes and best practice knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment.
