Market Trend Analysis:
- Research to identify new trends/food concepts.
- Research on mall demographics.
- Track rental rates to identify rent trends.
Landlord Management:
- Assist in tenancy management of all existing outlets including but not limited to communication with landlords, tenure monitoring, etc.
- Assist to ensure that new lease/renewals at best achievable rental rates.
- Ensure proper documentation is submitted and approved before lease commencement.
Outlet Location Sourcing:
- Plan and source for potential outlet locations according to the company’s growth plan.
- Conduct feasibility studies of potential outlets.
- Assist in monitoring outlet setup cost.
- Work closely with the setup/project team to ensure smooth delivery and opening of new outlets.
- Internal communication with the project team for all opening or closure of outlets.
Others:
- Assist with trademark management.
- Preparation of BD presentation slides for meetings.
- All other matters assigned by the manager.
- Other jobs assigned by HOD whenever required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma (At least 2 years of work experience) in business-related courses.
- Prior experience in F&B, working with retail landlords, managing leases, and marketing of retail spaces will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
