Job Descriptions
- Troubleshooting and perform corrective/ preventive maintenance for the building –including technical & mechanical issues via MaintainX (CMMS)
- Acquire quotation together with Procurement Team and raise purchase quote for R&M work, service, or parts necessary for repair and maintenance purposes.
- Provide troubleshooting and repair in all aspects of Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Building Automation, and CCTVs, Painting & demarcation, etc,
- Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and material suppliers-including coordination and oversee the repair/maintenance work carried out.
- Managed keys, spare parts & tools
- Coordinate with Cleaners to carry out daily or urgent warehouse and perimeter cleaning.
- Practice and maintain good housekeeping.
- Work closely with Superior to keep all expenses within budget.
- Respond to calls for emergency repairs / ad-hoc complaints.
- Assist in carrying out hands-on repair works whenever required.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for ad-hoc & A&A work.
- Report to the superior in charge and perform the task assigned and any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a related role, in particular within a facilities and client-facing environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility about the type of work carried out and prioritize the task by urgency.
- Experience in a hands-on role working in a fast-paced and dynamic facilities environment.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Advantage to have Class 3 Driving Lic.
- Possess Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Managing Work-At-Heights Cert.
