Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality corporate office, F&B, and retail design concepts.
· Create 2D/3D drawings and detail drawings.
· Generate project documents, material, and presentation boards.
· Lead client-facing presentations with excellent liaison skills.
· Oversee interior design projects within budget and timeline.
· Coordinate material, color selection, and construction.
· Multitask in a multicultural environment.
· Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of corporate office, F&B, or retail design experience.
· Strong design flair and attention to detail.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rhino, and Microsoft Office.
· Basic construction knowledge (advantageous).
