SUMMARY:
As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your division. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the people in your division. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team. You are expected to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Set objectives for and manage multiple projects/ ongoing work activities of moderate complexity within the division; including but not limited to production planning, manpower planning, inventory control, quality assurance, safety in operations, etc.
- Ensure smooth progress of day-to-day production activities and provide regular update to Management
- Review, formulate and implement division’s SOP
- Ensure that systems and manpower comply to regulatory requirements.
- Establish sound inventory management standards
- Lead, direct and coach team members; including but not limited to developing and communicating objectives, setting priorities, conducting performance reviews, etc.
- Manage division’s budget and participate in annual budgeting exercise
- Collect and analyse data to correct anomalies
- Participate and collaborate with other functional teams to drive operational excellence

- Min. 15 years of relevant trade experience
