Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition efforts to attract top talent, leveraging social media and brand identity effectively.
- Drive Talent Development initiatives, including regional workshops and personalized development plans for key roles.
- Enhance Employee Engagement by cultivating a respectful and valued workplace culture, and by conducting regular engagement surveys and retention strategies.
- Manage Employee Relations, providing guidance on HR policies and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Oversee Operations, Systems, and Data Management, analyzing employee data and leading HR projects to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company labor guidelines, upholding operational excellence in the food services program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across culinary, nutrition, marketing, and operations to align people operations with business goals.
- Stay current with HR best practices and innovations through continuous professional development and networking.
Requirements:
- BA or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of HR experience within a cross-functional, matrix environment, preferably in the Food, Services, or Hospitality industry.
- Advanced proficiency in project management and office software tools, ideally including Asana, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets and Slides.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with adept stakeholder management abilities.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a collaborative work ethic and adaptability to change.
