Job Description:
- Handle work pass holder-related matters, including administering work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and purchasing security bonds.
- Arrange accommodations, medical appointments, safety courses, etc., for work pass holders.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks, including generating quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Handle purchasing activities, such as generating purchase orders and sending them to suppliers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, port clearance, and arrange courier services as needed.
- Support payroll for work pass holders and maintain their files and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent
- With relevant experience in handling work pass related matters
- Knowledge on SAP B1 system is a bonus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, collaborative, and able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Able to multi-task and work independently
