- Design and produce printing artworks/FA according to customers’ requirement using AI and photoshop
- Liaise and co-ordinate with customers and sales team for artwork approval
- Perform quality check on print result for ink density and accuracy of design according to customers’ requirement
- Prepare, check and liaise with suppliers on printing tooling approval
- Create digital marketing contents and handle social media/digital platform
- Handle telephone calls and emails
- Provide administrative support to sales team inclusive of preparing sales quotation, issuing of job sheet, etc and filing of documents
