Summary:
A school receptionist handles both phone & walk-in enquiries, assists with administrative tasks delegated by the school and create a welcoming environment for students, staff, and parents.
Job Description:
- Customer service at the front desk
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone call
- Attending to student's needs such as attending them in the sick bay, coordinating early dismissal etc.
- Assisting in administrative duties
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the school
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is an advantage
- Having excellent organisation skills is an advantage too
Specifications:
- Contract full-time basis, Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm), Friday (8am-4:30pm)
