- Install DSM tools and set up, retrofit, Support
· Global Installation support
· On Call Support
· Perform system installation and Startup of propriety product. Utilize knowledge of CVD to perform start up, including process to sign off qualified application.
· Take ownership, perform repair and troubleshooting hardware and process problem after 24 hrs of the system down until completion.
· Manage system until is accepted by the customers. Perform warranty, paid service, and service contract activities. Troubleshoot and correct process variation of the system.
· Coordinate or perform rework on sub-assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
· Test Equipment knowledge of basic pneumatics, gas management systems, leak checking, RF Testing, doing new recipe.
· Assists in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment and test processes.
· Participates in design and continuous improvement teams that drive improvements on manufacturing operations such as design for cost, design for assembly & test, design for manufacturing, and overall productivity.
