Job Description:
As a Warehouse & Logistic Assistant, you will be an integral part of our daily operations. You will provide essential support to ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and receive incoming container shipments and documents.
- Loading and unloading of goods and materials on / from container.
- Performing basic quality checks on incoming / outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and schedule delivery.
- Pick and pack to fulfill customers’ orders.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory counts.
- Managing inventory movement (incoming, outgoing and transfer) records and data entry accurately.
- Carry out other logistic tasks or general housekeeping duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads (up to 25-30kg per item).
- Experience with stacker is a plus.
- Proactive and positive attitude, able to work independently or in groups.
- Be dependable and responsible.
- Naturally energetic, active, sociable and patience.
- IT knowledge (MS Office, Outlook) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
