Job Responsibilities
1) Build a network of volunteers with community partners to support health probotion activities.
2) Recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities.
3) Develop training material and conduct training for volunteers. 4) Develop and implement new activities for volunteers to support health promotion in the community.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)
• Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful and meticulous team player who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in volunteer management, preferably in Healthcare or Social Service Sector.
