What You Will Do:
- Responsible for monitoring the daily online environment of the game product's console version, promptly handling daily operational incidents and following up on problem resolution for the console version of the game;
- In charge of quality control during the update and iteration process of the game product's console version, organizing and following up on related procedures and corresponding tool development;
- Familiar with the creation and use of developer and publishing platforms for multiple console manufacturers.
- Responsible for liaising with the development team, coordinating to ensure that the product's console version content is published on time and meets quality and quantity requirements.
What You Will Need:
- 3 or more years of experience in operations or QA, familiar with the development and launch process of game products for the console version. Priority will be given to those with experience in early development, distribution preparation, and stable operation of the game product's console version;
- Passionate about the gaming industry, a loyal game player familiar with a variety of different types of console games.
- Possessing excellent teamwork ability, a craftsman's spirit, and a diligent and responsible work ethic.
