Responsibilities:
• Handles import & export shipments (by sea/air/courier)
• Liaise with overseas suppliers & forwarding agents for shipment arrangements.
• Checking of shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, permits)
• Preparing export documentations (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, COO)
• Work closely with Purchasing & Warehouse team
• Liaise with local/oversea forwarders to plan & arrange shipments clearance & deliveries
• Ad-hoc data entry & admin duties
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS & experience in handling shipments is COMPULSORY.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum Diploma holders / above
• MIn 2-3 years working experience in trading / shipping / supply chain company
• Good organizational, planning, co-ordination & interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS office, proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of Navision System is an added advantage
• Independent, highly motivated & a good team player
• Willing to learn & possess a positive working attitude
• Can accept fresh graduate students but must be able to start work immediately
