Job Scope:
- Assist in conducting field interviews for data collection for 4.5 to 5 days a week across Singapore.
- Handle respondents’ queries and feedback.
- Assist in general field duties, e.g. clarify returns with survey respondents, verify data in survey forms against supporting documents and perform data entry/editing, upload captured information via FormSG or similar platforms
- Company EZ-Link card will be provided to cover the cost of bus and MRT fare for fieldwork.
- Report to office on every Monday 8.30am (unless informed otherwise by reporting officer) for briefing and clarification.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Ability to converse with respondents who speak only Mandarin to obtain price information not available on price boards and identify the items on the price boards/price lists printed only in Chinese.
- Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews and able to handle people with different profiles.
- Familiar with wet market items.
- Familiar with using tablet to source for information.
- Ability to speak some Chinese dialects will be useful.
