- Process export orders and coordinate shipments with customers, transporters and warehouse according to established systems and processes.
- Serve as liaison providing shipping details to the customer whereby advising appropriate individuals of order changes as they occur.
- Ascertain accurate and timely data processing into the freight solutions system.
- Identify problems, consider alternative solutions, and make recommendations for action. Provide support/service to customers as well as keeping those affected by the decisions up-to-date.
- Ensures high quality customer service and engagement by frequently interacting with external customers through phone, mail and sales call.
- Maintains close working relationship across Business Development units and drives opportunity development of accounts.
- To streamline existing processes to increase operational productivity.
- Provide support on data and statistical reporting required by the Management through systems and applications.
- To assist in any other administrative duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
