We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our comapny. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functional safety of our ground staff, with a focus on compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential safety risks, conducting safety analyses, from site visits. This position may need to do overtime based on job timings (there may be night jobs) or may require weekends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and inspect work sites to ensure that safe work practices and correct jobs are carried out in all work operations.
2. Conduct and organize ALL site inspections to different sites on a daily basis.
3. Assist in the investigation of incidents; if any and make sound recommendations where required.
4. Preparation of all documentations required by Company’s specification and Job Analysis.
5. Carry out any other assignments as assigned by Director
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes 2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings would be an added advantage. 3. Ability to develop project schedules and timelines, and monitor progress against deadlines 4.Skills in estimating project costs, tracking expenses, and managing budgets effectively 5. Knowledge of quality standards for interior finishes and the ability to ensure work meets design specifications 6. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, and the ability to enforce safety standards on site
