Responsibilities:
- Handling all administrative documents and correspondence
- Handling of document filing, data entry
- Preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices
- Attending phone calls, mails, delivery services
- Permit application & renewal for construction industry
- Staff training registration & records updating
- Liaise with other depts on Admin/HR matters etc
- Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English & Chinese
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to environment
- Experienced in Construction Industry will be an advantage
