About This Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager (Content Management) to join our growing marketing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives. This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager based in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce compelling online content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough data analyses, generate insights, and create post-project evaluation reports.
- Trend and Market Sensitivity: Keep a close eye on internet trends, have the ability to detect emerging topics, and understand market demands.
- Market Research: Engage in in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
- Brand Promotion: Drive the promotion of our app brands, ensuring the delivery of consistent and impactful messages across all channels.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Engage effectively with international teams and understand cultural nuances, especially of North America, Southeast Asia, and Latin America to lead and motivate cross-functional team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience, with experience in the internet industry would be preferred
- Cross-cultural communication in English and Mandarin experience is a must. Familiarity with the cultures of North America, Southeast Asia, and Latin America will be a significant advantage.
- Experience with Data Analysis and sensitivity to data; with the ability to produce data analysis reports and gaps for improvement
- Demonstrable resilience under pressure and the ability to manage work-related challenges independently.
- Demonstrable experience in app brand promotion.
- Respect and understanding towards people from different cultural backgrounds.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to research and devise effective solutions independently.
