Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, programs, and case management services.
- Develop projects/programs with specialized intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with community partners and schools to support the reintegration of children with cancer.
- Supervise social workers and program support staff in case management and program planning.
- Assist in devising operational and practice protocols, processes, workflows, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Degree/Master's in Social Work.
- Registered Social Worker Accreditation.
- Minimum 5-8 years of direct practice experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in casework management and program planning.
- Experience in working with children and youth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform social work administrative functions.
