- Experience in both Pre and Post Contract Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Responsible to manage, handle and control the Cost & Budget of Projects, well known about the cost market
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
- Understand all project issues in-depth to order materials/ equipment/ instructions
- Support Construction Planning & Construction Methodology
- Construction Site Management & All relevant Documentation
- Attending & Hosting all the relevant as well as required meeting
- Supporting your Superior with relevant project site arrangement
- Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Hire and document contractors and subcontractors
- Keep track of construction materials and inventory
- Identify potential financial or construction risks
- Certify payments claims for contractors and subcontractors
- Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Responsible for cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparations, variations and final accounts.
- General contracts administration, review of contracts, prepare tender and contract documentations, tender analyses and reporting, measurements, etc.
- Review sub-contractors claims and materials planning delivery on site.
