Job Descriptions:
- Oversee store operations island-wide and supervise all retail staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the total payment of store redemption vouchers is accurate and submitted to the shopping mall before the deadline.
- Prepare a weekly report to the Finance Department on the amount deposited to the company bank account from all outlets.
- Monitor visual merchandising presentation.
- Supervise housekeeping standards.
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Conduct annual stock take for all outlets island-wide, to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock availability.
- Assists the Manager in implementing various sales promotion schemes.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction, including handling customer inquiries, and approving goods returns and refunds.
- Keeping abreast of all corporate policies, and statutory acts and ensuring compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level - Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Customer service oriented and good communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Ability to converse well in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates
- Work 5.5 days a week (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
