As a Sales Advisor for redONE Singapore, you will identify sales opportunities for redONE’s mobile plans and services to potential and existing customers and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will also handle enquiries, resolve issues and process sales transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, product and service up-sell.
2. Attend to enquiries and recommend suitable redONEmobile plans and services to potential and existing customers.
3. Lead the sales process from start to end.
4. Have a deep understanding of redONE’s products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
5. Able to maintain a professional demeanourin a customer-facing role.
6. Able to build rapport with potential and existing customers.
Compensation:
This position solely offers a commission-based compensation structure, where earnings and incentives are directly tied to the number of successful plans signed up and paid for by customers and when you refer someone to join the team as a Sales Advisor. Additional incentives and recurring commissions are disbursed when targets are met.

Requirements:

2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
