Job Scope:

• Ensure timely and accurate tracking and bookkeeping of items across all gifts,
books and HADC inventories.
• Upkeep systematic storage of inventory in storerooms in the ADC Office, Extension
Building and Curators Building for ease of retrieval.
• Provide administrative support for any other functions which include tasks such as
sourcing and deploying personnel, preparing mass invitations, tracking responses
and preparing seating plan for all events under the section’s preview.


Job Requirements:

o You identify and highlight cases that require special consideration to your
supervisors, and propose solutions to meet citizens and stakeholders’ needs.


[Work Experience & Knowledge]
An ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Singapore Citizenship.
• Relevant experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

[Personal Traits]
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Meticulous and systematic.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with using in-house databases.

Working Arrangement

8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
