Working days & hours: 5 days, 9 hrs/day
Responsibilities:
- Oversee both front and back-of-the-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless functioning.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by promoting and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, aiming for swift resolutions.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for all food served to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Proactively forecast future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products, and place orders accordingly.
- Ensure full compliance with health codes and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Conduct thorough training sessions for new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor workstations to ensure they are well-maintained and fully staffed at all times.
