As part of our growth in Singapore, TRT Solutions is recruiting Singaporeans only to be trained to become vendor certified Optic Field Engineers.
- Successful candidates will be trained to obtain Nokia / Cisco/ Juniper as optic technicians with skills in installation, troubleshooting, and confident decision-making.
- Certifications to be obtained after the training: • CFOT, CPCT (Certified Premises Cabling Technician), CFOS (Certified Optics Specialist), and other options tailored to specific fields.
Role Overview:
• Provide technical support for IP product suites and related Network Management Systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gain understanding of customer network architecture and prioritize issues for resolution.
• Serve as point of contact with internal and external support teams, leading restoration efforts and providing regular updates.
• Attend meetings to address escalated technical issues and track them to closure.
• Manage end-to-end outage restoration and coordinate with Level 2/3/4 teams.
• Build strong partnerships with customers and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Function effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
