Responsibilities:
- Working together with the sales team to give current and potential clients comprehensive product information and knowledge
- Gain a thorough understanding of the product and be able to respond to inquiries about the product and the market with finesse throughout the sales cycle.
- Produce and execute presentations and proposals that satisfy the needs and goals of the client.
- Frequent visits to client locations and trade shows
- Keep abreast of market developments and industry best practices, such as positioning and competitive differentiation.
- In order to determine development objectives and marketing collateral based on market demands and growth prospects, collaborate with the marketing and product teams.
Requirements:
- Maritime background with a solid grasp of compliance and navigation
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Years of prior experience in a related position, such as technical product development consulting or software ERP development/sales
- Skills in analysis and problem-solving
- Presentation and communication abilities
- Interpersonal skills: the capacity to establish and preserve enduring bonds with partners, clients, and internal teams
- Knowledge of the solution selling cycle and sales cycle
