In this role, you will be a part of Prudential’s HNW & Affluent Segments team and will be responsible for the management and execution of HNW & Affluent projects to drive customer growth and business goals.


Job Description

  • Plan and implement campaigns/initiatives to grow the HNW & Affluent customer segments and deepen share of wallet with Prudential.
  • Engage existing HNW & Affluent customers with value propositions such as loyalty privileges, servicing, content engagement and experiences.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engagement communications with customers.
  • Drive business goals through digital marketing cross-sell campaigns targeting existing segment customers and upgrading customers.
  • Work closely with various business units and functions to ensure smooth implementation of HNW & Affluent campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Events team to conceptualize and plan go-to-market brand campaign and experiential events to engage and acquire targeted customers.
  • Analyse and monitor campaigns performance and continuously refine projects for improvement and align to the needs of the customers
  • Manage campaign budgets and perform financial forecasting to ensure KPIs are on track.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – able to negotiate and manage conflicts with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask and manage the planning and execution of multiple campaigns concurrently
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Adept in using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Demonstrates proactiveness, self-starter and team-oriented
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills – able to think on feet and react quickly in adverse situations

Education & Work Experience

  • Recognized degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial institutions.
