Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Record-Keeping: Maintain employee records, updating databases with new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves, and their personal information.
3. Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked, leaves, and other payroll elements.
4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
5. Training and Development: Coordinate logistics for training sessions and seminars.
6. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
