Responsibilities
- Assist in Accounts Receivables function (include reconcile daily sales for store and eCommerce)
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
- Issue ad-hoc invoices and credit notes to customer
- Follow up payments with sales team from customer
- Timely update, apply, reconcile cash & credit receipts in AR
- Assist in month end closing and annual audit process
- Ensure proper documentation / filling
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
- Candidates with knowledge in Navision accounting software will be preferred
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in this role.
- Preferably with experience in F&B or retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, team player and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work within tight timelines.
