Job Description:

  • Assist existing team members in the department during set-up and tear down
  • Assist in onsite execution and delivery of events/exhibitions
  • To be on-site to supervise the work progress and ensure the smooth operation of projects
  • To liaise with customers for their additional orders
  • To communicate with internal departments for the show requirements
  • To coordinate with external vendors prior to the show and during the show
  • To settle pre and post billing to customers

Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma and above or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in events and exhibitions support / execution
  • Project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines and schedules
  • Strong team player and yet able to work independently
  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment.
  • Familiar with MICE procedures and venue requirements
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, co-workers, and clients
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours necessary to provide superior service to each other, to our members, and to clients contracted providers, and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work late nights and sometimes weekends.
  • Other tasks as assigned
