Salary: Basic $2.5K + Commission + Variable Incentives

  • NO experience required as training provided
  • Immediate Vacancy

Working Days & Hours (5.5 days work week)

  • Monday to Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm
  • Sat or Sun 10:30am - 4pm
  • 1.5 rest day(s) per week will be based on schedule

Our Customer Experience Ambassadors represent our company in a friendly, welcoming way. Wearing a friendly smile is important, but it goes beyond that. As an integral part of our business's front-end, you ensure that our customers feel exceptionally well cared for and that our business operates at its peak efficiency. It is your responsibility to maintain our professional image, to deliver excellent customer service, and to ensure that each customer's journey with us begins smoothly.


"Day-to-Day Activities"

A key part of your daily duties includes the following

  • Provide financial solutions for clients through an understanding of their financial requirements
  • Assist new customers with the application process
  • Conduct eligibility checks on applicant’s application
  • Provide clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms, products and details to clients
  • Timely follow up and update loan application status to the clients
  • Perform corporate and personal loan disbursement
  • Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payment
  • Make follow-up calls with customers for better business opportunities
  • maintain a professional and organized environment
  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superiors

"Key Qualities"

We are seeking an individual with a friendly and friendly personality who is devoted to providing excellent customer service. To communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients, strong computer skills and excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin are essential. This position also requires the maintenance of a presentable appearance.


"Value -Add Qualities"

Skills that can bring added value to this role include having prior experience with CRM systems, having worked in customer-facing environments like banking front offices, hotels, or esteemed service roles.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” level certificate.
  • Independent, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
