Position
This position is for PMO inside PCM section in charge of the global monitoring and reporting around CCS activities (+350 FTE developing and maintaining solutions for Cash Management and Corporate Banking business lines including 3 strategic projects).
This position aims primarily to cover all PMO activities of the department. KPI project supervision as well as all staff plan and budget activities in coordination with Head of Sections and other CCS PMOs.
The PMO is actively supporting the continuous improvement and change management journey of the department. In addition the candidate will support the heads of CCS on their weekly agenda.
Main responsibilities
PMO activities
- Project monitoring per releases,
- Budget consolidation and follow-up,
- Follow-up and update the global staff plan,
- Follow and update the project risks portfolio
- Update the budget tools and PMO referentials
- Follow the production of the project documentation
- Produce the global projects dashboard for Cash Management Transformation program
- Support the managers to produce the follow-up dashboard (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
- Contribute to the change management of CCS
- Coordination with global stakeholders.
Continuous improvement and change management
- Evaluate the efficiency of the current project management process
- Propose improvements in accordance with our internal project management methodology
- Coach the project managers to deploy new methodologies and process
- Propose new template and evolution of process in efficiency way
- Propose new metrics in order to measure the productivity and risk on the projects
- Propose scenarios to align CCS department with ISAP strategy
Qualifications and Profile
Functional
· Strong Knowledge on IT PMO activities (minimum 2 years of experience)
· Good knowledge in Risk management
· Good knowledge in Project Management
· Experience on Change management
Technical
· Good Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Ms Project, JIRA)
· Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Macro, Pivot table, …)
