Description
The role and responsibility of a Meat Specialist is to drive sales and profitability of the department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, shrinkage management at store level. Equipped with in-depth knowledge of meats mainly on product features, meat processing, visual management, service standard, and shrinkage management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read and understand product labels
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented and a team player
Work Hours
- Rotating shifts between 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm
- 6 days/ week including Weekends & PH
