Job Description
- Lead an operation team in daily food preparation and ready meal production
- Translate new customer requirement to product designs and specifications
- Develop processes to produce required quality products
- Plan production to ensure customer demands are met
- Innovate processes to improve productivity and outputs
- Others ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent
- Min 3 years working experience in food manufacturing industries or industrial central kitchen
- In-depth understanding of food technologies and large scale processing equipment
- Good communication and writing skills for idea presentation and document preparation
