Contract Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $11.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

· Support benefits/welfare administration (e.g. distribution of LSA certs, events coordination such as Health Screening event, wellness activities – regular articles on wellbeing, consolidate responses from depts e.g. NE planning to increase pool of first aiders to meet national target, staff announcements)

· Assist in the secondment billings and checking, consolidate interns’ allowance payments

· Administrative support in the team’s plan to review the current leave/welfare benefits (e.g. surveys/benchmarking) with the view to improve employee experience

· Support in digitalisation tools testing for some of the digitalisation initiatives

· Administrative support in the recruiting and onboarding system project e.g. scheduling of meetings, consolidation of documents etc.

· Data generation/cleansing to support various data requests


Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE O Levels.

· Past HR experience will be an advantage.
