Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to drive sales and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new users and increase user engagement on our platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and training to merchants on maximizing their sales potential through our platform.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the e-commerce or platform industry is a plus.
