Overview:
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Working Location: Pasir Panjang
- Basic Salary up to $4800
- Variable Bonus + AWS
Key Responsibilities: -
- Use formal presentations to communicate the value proposition and negotiate favorable terms and profitability.
- Regularly review and execute existing contracts with key customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Manage the tender process for new and existing customers, ensuring timely submission of proposals and contract renewals.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Utilize market research and networking to identify potential customers and competitive accounts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to increase awareness, sales volume, and revenue.
- Emphasize sales efforts on core brand products to specific customer segments, aiming to introduce more profitable and new product variants.
- Clearly and effectively convey information and ideas, ensuring audience understanding and soliciting feedback during interactions.
- Work closely with other departments to understand and address customers' needs, goals, and challenges.
Requirements: -
- Diploma with qualifications in Business, Sales and Marketing
- 5 years’ experience or more in F&B industry
- Valid Class 3 license
