Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to support the sales function in South East Asia, working alongside regional sales and marketing teams to handle the day-to-day support responsibilities with minimum supervision. The incumbent will work as a key coordinator in performing a full spectrum of Sales Support and Administrative functions to sales team to ensure a smooth operation in SEA office. This role will support the Sales Managers to ensure timely transaction of sales orders, upload POs to salesforce, follow up on clients' enquiries, process office bills/payments, office purchasing, maintenance, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform transactional sales processes uploading Purchase Orders into the Salesforce after PO, contract, T&C received from clients.
- Ensure that all legal and financial information is collected from the customer before forwarding to Order Fulfilment.
- Coordinate with HQ Order Fulfilment regarding order status, production, logistic delivery, payment.
- Co-ordinate and follow up with customers on the status of orders. Advises customers of schedule dates and changes, shipping documents.
- Interacts with customers by responding to order inquiries.
- Assist in Exhibition and preparation, such as logistic of exhibition materials, liaise with event organizers for booth set, contract, payment etc.
- Work closely with HQ Planning to maintain up to date resource information to communicate to local sales team.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in business administrative, sales and marketing related discipline is preferred.
- At least two years’ work experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for sustainability and the renewable energy sector

- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite & Salesforce
