Salary: up to $3,800 (depending on experience)
JOB SCOPE:
Purchasing Support:
- Data entry and maintenance of procurement records and documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders.
- Overseeing the acquisition and restocking of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
- Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
- Receive, monitor and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and inventory control process.
- Assist to load and unload deliveries as needed.
- Ensure the purchase made is accurately match with the material requested by the project team.
Administrative Support:
- Day-to-day administrative duties for office management.
- Organizing company activities, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
- Help to manage/maintain the company's properties.
- Assisting with logistics and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
HR Support:
- Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
- Providing assistance on onboarding and offboarding administration of new hires and resignees.
Other duties assigned by Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum diploma in Business Administration or experience in a similar field.
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
- Computer literately (ERP, MS Office etc)
- Ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.
