Purchasing Coordinator/Office Executive

Salary: up to $3,800 (depending on experience)



JOB SCOPE:

Purchasing Support:

  • Data entry and maintenance of procurement records and documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders.
  • Overseeing the acquisition and restocking of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
  • Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment.
  • Receive, monitor and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and inventory control process.
  • Assist to load and unload deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure the purchase made is accurately match with the material requested by the project team.

Administrative Support:

  • Day-to-day administrative duties for office management.
  • Organizing company activities, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
  • Help to manage/maintain the company's properties.
  • Assisting with logistics and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.

HR Support:

  • Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.
  • Providing assistance on onboarding and offboarding administration of new hires and resignees.

Other duties assigned by Office Manager.


REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum diploma in Business Administration or experience in a similar field.
  2. Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
  3. Computer literately (ERP, MS Office etc)
  4. Ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.
