The Job
- Critically review SOP with stakeholders and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate and find opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Track and measure contractors' performances in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. Work with department, internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure service failures are rectified.
- To verify data provided by contractors.
- Maintain register of SOPs and Service Contracts for the division.
- Tracking the contract expiry to ensure timely renewal.
- Coordinate with various department for Budget forecasting and submission to Finance.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
The Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Studies or other relevant field
- Candidate with no experience are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient, Meticulous and attention to details.
- Proactive and comfortable in posing questions and receiving constructive feedback.
- Critical thinking to effectively analyze information and contribute to problem solving.
