Senior Executive (Contract Management & Process Improvement)

The Job

  • Critically review SOP with stakeholders and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate and find opportunities to improve existing processes.
  • Track and measure contractors' performances in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. Work with department, internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure service failures are rectified.
  • To verify data provided by contractors.
  • Maintain register of SOPs and Service Contracts for the division.
  • Tracking the contract expiry to ensure timely renewal.
  • Coordinate with various department for Budget forecasting and submission to Finance.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.

The Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies or other relevant field
  • Candidate with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient, Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Proactive and comfortable in posing questions and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Critical thinking to effectively analyze information and contribute to problem solving.
