Job Responsibilities
- To oversee the day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring that it runs smoothly (e.g. conduct frequent audits to ensure efficiency of the outlets, manpower cost effectiveness, assess the cleanliness and SOP compliances).
- To streamlining processes and cultivating a continuous work improvement.
- Ensure that corrective actions be taken where necessary by the respective outlet’s staff upon monitoring.
- Follow-up sales enquiries.
- To support the management on various projects and assignments.
Requirements
- Relevant F&B experience in management role
- Highly organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- People-orientated with strong project and management skills
- Ability to lead, multi-task, team player and be supportive to the operations team.
- Strong written and communication skills
