Job Responsibilities

  • To oversee the day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring that it runs smoothly (e.g. conduct frequent audits to ensure efficiency of the outlets, manpower cost effectiveness, assess the cleanliness and SOP compliances).
  • To streamlining processes and cultivating a continuous work improvement.
  • Ensure that corrective actions be taken where necessary by the respective outlet’s staff upon monitoring.
  • Follow-up sales enquiries.
  • To support the management on various projects and assignments.

Requirements

  • Relevant F&B experience in management role
  • Highly organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure
  • People-orientated with strong project and management skills
  • Ability to lead, multi-task, team player and be supportive to the operations team.
  • Strong written and communication skills
