RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create go-to-market plans that incorporate sales and pricing in tandem.
- Whenever necessary, take the initiative to design counterstrategies and offer rival scanning and comparisons.
- Market research and analysis of the possibility for developing new products in each participating nation.
- Create and create an aftermarket service offering centered on residential and commercial water heating that our distributors can put into practice.
- Collaborate closely with the global product management teams to support commercial product development, field integration, testing, design concept provision, and market viability assessment of new concepts.
- To offer product technical support and direction to distributors and sales staff both domestically and internationally.
- Communicate with factories regarding design concepts, field integration, testing, and product development.
- Evaluate new ideas for commercial viability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience leading a team
- Must have experience in building, construction projects
- Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit to interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of plumbing, sanitary and building components are added advantage
- Minimum 5 years in the relevant engineering or manufacturing industry
